sometimes/often killing palm does not cull blue-orb cull marked mobs

another bug that i'm so sick of. mobs will get a blue orb on them when they are ready to be culled. when i use killing palm there's a high maybe 50/50 chance it not only doesn't kill the mob but it doesn't do anything and instead kills me! i have had this happen several times. i also have einhar's beastrite supporting killing palm and it's supposed to steal 2 mobs from rares when you cull them with the skill and guess what? this rarely ever actually steals the mods when the mob is culled. it's maybe 10% of the time that it actually works. please fix this i am so tired of having my time wasted in 1000 different ways like this. at the very least you should get rid of the death xp penalty while all of these horrible bugs like this exist in the game. it's nefarious that you do this on purpose instead of doing the right thing.
