opening any strongbox sometimes breaks ALL character actions

I am so sick of this bug. Sometimes (all the time?) when you open a strongbox (especially one with freeze?) it makes it so you character can no longer move and use any skills until you quit the game. I have been killed by this over and over and I am so sick and tired of this bug. while in this state you can interact with your inventory, chat, map and even revive. you just can't move or use skills anymore until you quit the client and restart. i thought this was just freezing strongboxes but i realized this can happen on just about any strongbox. PLEASE FIX THIS BUG THIS IS CLEARLY A RACE CONDITION
