Item bought in player store glitched and now can't be chanced using chance orb

I bought an item from a character called lecammy#7038 through the ingame market. I had teleported into his hideout ready to buy the item for 65 exalted orbs,but there was a moment where the item kinda glitched and disappeared then reappeared as if the seller was relisting it. I haev no idea how much I paid for it now and aslo the item I bought cannot be chance orbed because it bugs giving the error message this items rarity cannot be increased even tho it is still white in tooltip

What was the item? That message displays if the only unique option is drop-restricted in some way.
