cant get to 60 crystals on atziri, crystal used but not points not given

im facing a problem with my char, where i killed architect, he dropped Xopec's Medallion, i used it but didnt increase the max crystals, now im stuck with 54 crystals, and everytime i do architect he dont drop anymore Xopec's Medallion. is there any way to solve it? is anybody else facing the same issue?

i think you can probably reproduce this problem but getting the Xopec's Medallion and using it right away without leaving the atziri temple
