Hunting grounds server lag (only this area)

For some reason me and my friend with different ISPs are both having unplayable lag in the hunting grounds area (level 10 forest). This did not happen previously, is only effecting this area on both of our pcs, and is unaffected by a server change from washington -> Texas -> california. We are both doing HC SFBcharacters if that effects the servers.

Have you tried creating a new instance?
