Oswin the Dread Warden - Didn't drop the skill points

Killing Oswin the Dread Warden didn't drop me the skill point book as a reard - On my other 3 chars he did.

Even the map says I got the reward. But I didn't.

That's already the second time I didn't get the passive reward on this char, but on all other chars I played I got them with doing exactly the same. I call this character bugged... I can delete this char and restart, because missing out 4 skill points is crazy.

Maybe it's a bug on the Amazon class?
