Why no raw currency gamba/trader?

This was probably asked and adressed before. I am curious as to what the reason is?
Why is there no vendor where you can gable with raw currency?
Something like buying a box with 10 scrolls. When you open the box there is a chance to get nothing, get more tehn 10 scrolls, get less, or have the 10 scrolls upgrade or downgrade a tier of currency.
2 weeks into a league i always have so much stuff that is for all intents and purpouses useless and its just cluttering my stash.

What's with kids and being obsessed with gambling? rofl
