help with crafting this talisman thanks guys

So i have this magical talisman level 81, T1 flat physical and T1 attack speed.

The goal is to get at least t2 physical %, another t2 elemental flat; and t2 crit chance and at least +5 to skills.

so what should i do? slam a greater essence of crit (but thats only t3 right)? or just perfect regal slam and exalt and pray? then start whittling?

and if i try to descrate abyss mods does it get past t2?
