Spirit bonus not working correctly (solved)

Ive cleared act 1 boss king of the mists +30, act 3 ignadguk +30 and interlude lythara but my spirit only shows 70/100. I tried to re clear act 1 and 3 boss again but its not dropping the quest item needed to raise +30 spirit.
