Killed Atziri and got the medallion but vaults are still locked. It says I h av completed 16/17 temple rooms however I have completed all of them. I have run into every room again multiple times to verify they are all complete.

update, I exited the game and went back in and it let me pick up the medallion again and open the vault this time.
