The bug between the terrifying skill 'Critical Moment' and 'Shield Wall'

That terrifying skill 'Emergency Moment' stops working if a Shield Wall player keeps switching between two talent sets with the same weapon. It's really frustrating that this hasn't been fixed yet. I hope this can be addressed.
