walking Calamity not recognizing bear form

Getting killed in Bear Form has a chance to lock me out of Walking Calamity until I leave the area, dying again doesn't help, shifting into other forms doesn't help, unequipping EVERYTHING doesn't help, only leaving an area or closing the gsme fixes it, not a huge issue during campaign but makes things like Temple and Endgame a campain, took a picture on my phone, too lazy to figure out how to attach it properly.
