Annoying spikes on the graph(PoE2)

Hello fellas,

I experience strange spikes (https://i.postimg.cc/FKpgzL9J/Untitled.png) like on this photo and for a second everything freezes and it`s happening quite often which can be very annoying especially in combat.

Does anyone have idea what could be causing them, I have decent PC and it`s not supposed to be happening?

CPU:i7-14700K
GPU: RTX 4070 SUPER
RAM:32 GB
