Prism of belief bug

Hi,
I read about it but anyway I wanted to report that bug with Prism of Belief (leap slam version) occured to me - placing jewel into a socket doesn`t change level of skill neither it`s stats. When i join instance, the affect of jewel can be seen only in skill level - still doesn`t affect stats.
