Even though i know this is not really a bug but i think you need to adjust the Mana Cost of Lunar Blessing, Pounce and Lunar assault. I'm cuurently Level 89 and if i ise Lunar blessing i spend 617 of my 832 Mana. So before approaching a mob group i'm out of Mana and can't use Pounce or Lunar assault. That makes the game feeling really clunky.
