The queen of filth quest item disappeared

Hello , i did kill the boss. Queen of filth in the area apex of filth in act 3 and it dropped a green quest item (small statuette) can’t remember the name of the item , but when i was re organizing my inventory to make space the item disappeared of my inventory when i selected it … i play on ps5. I tried to reload and went back to kill her again in hope she drop it once again but nothing … is it an important item ? Does it give any passive point or resist or life upon completion ? If so is there any way i can get it ?
