texture not loading can't see gears etc

need urgent help, this patch is so unplayable, previous patch no issue, this patch graphics or texture not loading, cant see my gears, cant see skills etc.... i tried many ways clear cache everything, still doesnt work, using MSI Claw A8 AMD Z2E, other AAA games is flawless, only poe2 this patch is so problematic, someone of dev pls help
