Didn't get skill points from Oswin

I killed Oswin in Wolvenhold and picked up the green skill point item. My inventory was full, however, and the item just disappeared. If I reset the instance and kill him again, he doesn't drop it anymore.

EDIT: Silly me, it went to the Titan extra inventory. Completely forgot about that.
