Thaumaturge crossbow’s floating contraption vanishes due to weapon swap bug + quick re-equip fixf.

Setup:
* Equip the non thaumaturge skill skin on your weapon set 1 crossbow shot
* Equip the thaumaturge skill skin that has floating contraption for example: galvanic shards on your weapon set 2 crossbow shot

Steps to reproduce:
* Set your active weapon to weapon set 1 where non-thaumaturge skill is equipped
* Enter another map or in a portal
* Switch to weapon set 2 by firing your weapon set 2 crossbow shot

Notice the floating contraption will never show the for rest of the map, unless you dot the following and for those wants a quick fix:

* Just perform a simple load bolt swap between another thaumaturge skill skin and other skill. The floating contraption was tide to the bolt loading mechanism only, thus performing it will show up again.

Why this is a weapon swap issue?
* Because when you switch weapon set, it does not perform bolt loading hence the bug exists.

I love the floating contraption that's why I purchased the skill skin, I hope GGG will spent time to fix as much as I spent time to narrow this issue down
