Rage on hit not working with Furious Wellspring and Lunar Blessing

One swipe of lunar assault cost me 7 rage when Furious Wellspring is on, I have exactly 7 rage on hit plus a ton of regen from extra mana regen but my rage will stay on zero while attacking.

When checking my damage numbers, I do less damage with lunar assault while lunar blessing is on than when its off because of the lost rage. If i let the rage regen fully than the damage is much higher but than it dissapears almost immediatly from attacking.

I was doing way more damage and able to keep up my rage from rage on hit before taking Furious Wellspring. I fealt the lost power immediately after taking that node.

Rage on Hit not working with Bear Skills. I cant use Rampage to generate its own rage.

Wow, is it working for anyone? It did work for me before I took Furious Wellspring since that was the only way I had to generate it but now it's broken.

I increased lunar assault and lunar blessing to 12 rage on hit and it has no effect even while both of them are being used at he same time.
