Stuck on loading screen only when change area POE 2 0.4

when playing poe 2 so smooth i got avg 140fps on low mob.
but when change area it stuck on loading screen. it rarely happend in 0.3 but now happend everytime (need to restart the game repeatedly)
i got ryzen 5 5600 and rtx 4060 32gb ram

i try anything to fix from internet and website. nothing work it
