Bug Report – Quest stuck after First Herald death

Hello,

after defeating the boss First Herald, I am unable to progress further. I killed the boss successfully, but I died at the exact same moment.

It appears that the trigger for the next scene or progression did not fire correctly. As a result, I am now stuck on the quest "The Search" with no way to continue.

Reloading the area and restarting the game did not resolve the issue.

Okay, resetting the instance did the trick in the end.
After that I could fight the boss again and everything worked as expected.
(CTRL + click on the instance or zone to reset it)
