Parry Skills

The major thing that make Parry feel bad in my opinion is that it's quite a passive gameplay. Like its Block counterpart with Armour Shield, the basic skill is basically left to dust BUT Resonating Shield & Shield Charge have their use.

So implementing Parry frames into existing skills (or creating a new one) or having a channeling Parry ability that actually does something could enable more Parry oriented build.
