Last Map Boss Skill Point

I have done all the others. Tier 15, Juiced Anomaly Boss, juiced citadel boss, pinnacle of flame quest but whatever I do for the tier 16 it does not give it to me. I even tried corrupted tier 16 with irridated and map boss tablets but it still does not give it to me. Any idea how I can get the last set of skills?
