Cannot log in - Failed to connect to instance

Title. I was able to log in to my hideout a bit earlier on my SC Fate of the Vaal character, then logged off and attempted to log in to a Standard character but couldn't. I tried several different characters who were in different locations (hideout, random act maps, act towns) and leagues (Standard, Standard SSF, SC FotV). Also created a new character who was able to log in but couldn't enter the act 1 town.

EDIT: Seems to work fine now a few hours later
