Atlas Tree Boss Points Not Working

I have do all 5 of the different quests to get all 10 of the points, but still only have 8. I think what might have happened is the Citadel Boss died to a DoT after I died and could not loot the green book. It appears that I cant get that book to drop again even though I just killed a fresh Citadel Boss on a T15 with 6 mods. Can you please see if there is a rest that can happen here so my Atlas is not bricked?
