I had a bug and i can't go further in game. Pls help me

im in act 4 and i kill the big bird boss. The mini map has quest mark but there is no one to talk. or nothing to interrect with. I complete every other quests but i can't do anything now. Please help me i try everyting. i add my screen shots please help me.

uhm there should be Matiki there, thats why the mark on the map, try reset the istance at kingsmarch waypoint?

I tried. I kill this boss 3 times. There is no matiki unfortunatly. what should i do next. any different solution??

i found matiki in Eye of Hinekora. i talk to him but nothing is change. what should i do now?

The weapon pieces are on Diamora (singing squid), The Prisoner (Solitary Confinement), and the boss in Volcanic Warren on Isle of Kin. You need to wait for The Hooded One to appear and witness him after each boss kill.

Yes finally. i killed the singing squid like you said. nothing happend. i killed the prisoner. nothing happened again. but when i kill the volkanic boss the hooded one came. i actually killed that one once but i think something gone wrong. when i killed it 2nd time everything is fixed. Thank you so much.
