Kulemak boss turning invisible

After killing Kulemak the first time and choosing to fight him again he turns invisible for the rest of the time in the boss room. Not sure whatss causing it but im using a Shaman Druid Wyvern build if that helps. To have a major boss this bugged out for this long is terrible. RIP my lvl 94 HC character who got killed by who knows what.
