Kelari's Judgement crash and rollback

Kelari's Judgement sometimes crashes the instance and rolls back my progress when I release the button and blades are about to drop. Happens rarely, but I lost a whole cleared map along with a fracturing orb that dropped there, so it feels terrible and I feel forced to respec my character completely.

Also, it says "map attempted" so I got double-screwed on that one

I think the servers themselves are crashing now, server crash is the only thing that causes rollbacks, problems at the player's end only disconnect but don't rollback.
