Blasphemy Not Working Unless Disabled/Enabled Again

What title says. On PC+controller. Most maps I run require me to disable Blasphemy and then enable it, so that it actually works. Even when I portal out of the map, I may have to do the same thing again, so that it starts working. Please fix. Thanks!
