Since last season I cant see any Citadels

Citadels just dont spawn for me.

Since last season I reach lvl 96, doing all the game content (except the cidatels, obviously), and I cant see the citadels. I'm roaming around all the map. Tried to go to a straight direction. Nothing fix it for me. What can I do about it? It sucks cause I just want to do the same content that my friend are doing now. Citadels appear to my friends since they reach the endgame, fyi.
