Jamanra Overtuned AF

Trying to play a caster alt. Thought Chaos Caster Druid would be interesting. Jamanra is always a bit tough so I spent 90 exalts on a good wand and focus. I equipped most of the setup popular build guides say to use for similar classes. Jamanra's attacks are way too fast and accurate (unavoidable). Try as you might to dodge to the side or behind him they still hit, even after you read it and tried to dodge. His tornados are also way too accurate. They are constantly on you and moving so fast you can't get away from them. It is impossible to stand still long enough to utilize my Sigil of Power. My best attempt got him to like 25% before his unavoidable attacks made me use all my flask up. Most attempts I'm lucky to get him to 50%. Unavoidable attacks make you use flask which you can't get back. This fight should be tuned for any character progressing through Act 2 in self-found gear to defeat it with some challenge. If I'm in 90 exalt worth of gear it should be a faceroll.

go melee range and dodge melee attacks to avoid ranged spears...

Wait to the Interludium and see second boss if you think Jamanra is OP.
