Too Weak- Acoyote of Chayula, Chronomancer & Gemling Legionnaire

Ascendancies in 0.4.0 are looking to be a lot more balanced, but Acoyote of Chayula, Chronomancer and Gemling Legionnaire are still struggling and in desperate need for significant buffs in 0.5.0. Instead of numerical buffs, they may need a complete overhaul by GGG to make them competitive.
