DIZZYING SWEEP MEGALO / INFUSION MISSING

Hello,
I would like to signal a potential missing content in talent tree.
On node DIZZYING SWEEP no infussion is possible and no Megalomaniac Diamond skill possible.
New content need to be fix to play well.
Could you check if is a missing content plz?
