another QOL for in-game trading

pls make us be able to see what stats tiers do items have when we use in-game trade search. now it's impossible, sometimes, to understand is it p1+p2 or it is p1, p2 - i mean is it a straight stat or mixed one + low lvl straight
on website it is done and very helpful... wonder why in-game trading has another system
