Maps need an "of the Potato" modifier

For all of the PoE2 players who suffer from one of those bricks that Nvidia calls an "RTX 30xx GPU", there should be a map modifier which aligns with the increased difficulty that they already experience on 100% of maps.

Introducing: "Of the Potato", a map modifier that randomly selects a large number of visual effects to not render at all.

This could allow players with decent (likely non-Nvidia) graphics cards to experience the increased difficulty of various balls of death and AoE effects that don't render, or encounter mister one-shot guerrilla wielding an invisible pillar.

After all, this experience was made to be shared, and we wouldn't want people running the latest cards to be missing out.

To clarify, I am being serious, but not I'm also not complaining about GGG's handling of hardware issues. Nvidia's numerous f*ckups are the responsibility of that company, not GGG, although it would be both entertaining and more fair to reward players who currently experience a solid 90% of their deaths due to visual effects (and even mobs) that never rendered. Since death is the primary effect of that particular increase in difficulty, an increase in experience gain could be an appropriate reward for it.

Overall, this would be a pretty minimal impact on the meta-game in experience terms, applied to a fraction of maps for a fraction of the exp currently lost to players with rendering issues.
