China Tencent Is Ruining China Version POE2

Tencent has its own game platform called WeGame, Unfortunately China Version POE2 is on this platform. And I encountered 2 serious game experience problem since patch 0.4

1. Extreamly laggy
single player, 30ms latency, but game still feel very laggy, the gap between input and character action is about 300-400ms on average.
I thought it is caused by POE2 itself, but I played POE2 Official client, no this problem.
I think it is caused by Wegame, which may capture user input to do some anti-cheat stuff.

2. Regularly Crash
WeGame has a builtin Anti-Cheat Engine called "ACE", this ugly thing will scan users' whole disk regularly and do cpu intensively calculation in background. Everytime ACE start its work, POE2 will crash 100%, and the cycle is about 3-4 hours.


GGG please urge Tencent to improve this situation.
If you guys don't believe my saying, GGG can request Tencent to hand out all China Version Crash report.
A large number of Chinese players are enoucntering these problems, we submit issues on Tencent forum, but all are ignored.

Stop blaming Video Games and their Developers for your Computer problems.

Yes the game has some optimization issues, no its not something that occurs so regularly that it hinders gameplay enough to be a bother.

Game plays smoothe as butter for me.. so again, if it was not your computer that was the problem, everyone would be experiencing these issues.

I'm not blaming GGG, I'm blaming Tencent. they ruined China Version POE2.
I have Nvidia RTX5060 + 12600KF, I can play POE2 with 2k resolution + 60FPS.
and I have very good network, only 30ms latency.

are you a paid poster to help Tencent/Wegame to wash bloody ground?

Tencent released a patch on 2025/12/26 7AM (GMT +8:00), which intend to fix crash problem, although ACE won't show up now, but game still crash a lot

GGG should urge Tencent to submit "Game Crash Statistics Report"

1. lag problem is solved
2. game still crash like hell, it seems like players' damage triggered some kind of ACE stuff, game will freeze and crash.

the only thing Tencent & WeGame does is not to show "ACE logo" at down-rignt corner, but still run ACE anti-cheat stuff.


GGG: Tencent can buy your company, but can't buy your spirit, don't let them ruin POE2.

game still crash unconditionally, at least 1 time per hour. especially in team play mode

game still crash like hell, especially in team mode, respawn from checkpoint would make one player crash

if players are using controller and in team play mode, restart from nearest checkpoint would show a warning: "you are not the owner of the map..", then kick player out of origin map and put player in a new created same map.
