GPU Fan escalating game freezes

Since new patch i have tremendous performance issues with the game, idk what has been done to the game but i keep getting freezing frames into me having to pause the game with escape and waiting for 20+ seconds for the game to catch up again.

+1. Terrible 20 second lag spikes every 5-10 mins. Game hangs up, goes to loading screen, then teleports you back to where you were. This really sucks while mapping. 9800x3d/5080 and only happens while playing this game. So not on my end.

Been happening constantly since 0.4 dropped.

Please fix this.
