After finisch sekhemas i can't use buffs

When i just end 4th sekhemas i back to hideout and realized i can't use roa and wind dancer.
i have 104 free spirit and can't summon roa and activate wind dancer.
on wind dancer when i try to activate ther is notification i can't use this wich my curenty wepon (bow).....\
when try to activate roa notching chapend only spriri grapchic go down but no activate
