Skeletal Warriors not Activating

I just opened my Witch, and my Skeletons won't summon in combat zones. I've tried everythibg I could think of. I also purchased the Vaal Seer Weapon for my weapon skin, which then locked it and I couldn't remove it from my Scepter; I was able to remove it after swapping to a different weapon skin.

I've spent the last 30 minutes trying to fix this, and I don't know what's wrong.

My fiance was able to fix it, but still SUPER weird.
