Max Lightning Resist - One Shot to Shock

Doing Tier 14 maps, no juice added trying to get xp and finish a level. These mobs shock me and one-shot me. My resists are maxed and I have a shock-removal charm. Something is wrong. The previous map did something similar with cold attacks. No chance to get in and melee. Just jump in and die... With Max Resist... and Remove Frozen charm.
