Crash causes Arbiter key loss

In a two player party, game server suddenly crashed. Caused all portals into the Burning Monolith to be lost and all keys to be lost.

This has caused over 10+ hours of work to be lost. I am not sure how to adequately express the disappointment I have for the devs right now -- not the game, just the devs. This should not be an issue. And if it were an issue - like it is now - there should be a way to recover the keys I have spent time collecting.

Just had the same thing happen to me. Hours of work lost because it's the one zone you cant log right back into apparently.
