Temple of chaos , Trialmaster bug

I had proximal tangibility as a ritualist when I fought Trialmaster and when he froze time , it stayed frozen. I had to exit to character screen and when I logged in the keys were wasted , couldn't go in. Fought him again with some new key fragments and the game crashed, lost the keys again
