Morgana's Tempest & Advancing Storm Very Underwhelming

I was really excited to see what you can do with the new gems that allow storms to move, and I am sad to say its so underwhelming. The move speed is incredibly slow, just base movement of your character outruns the storms making them all be behind you as you try and progress through a zone. Also it starts from your character (which if speed was increased maybe wouldnt be too bad) but you should be able to choose where it starts and it moves from there. I hope these two supports are improved. Also the downsides/negative gem effects are wayyyyy too steep for the benefits
