Points of interest are hard to manage and confusing

Playing on: PC - Controller

My experience with points of interest are as follow:

- I have to scroll the list upwards most of the time to find the uncollected PoI's.
- Many of PoI's are not "greyed out" correctly.
For example in Act 4 Beckoning Clam and Shoreline hideout are shown as not completed (even after restarting the game). Even tho I just completed the hideout quest and collected full loot from Clam.
Saying full loot, because some of PoI's are shown as incomplete if u don't collect all of the loot from it.

In Act3 - Bubbling Respite PoI.
Have to collect 3 mushrooms in order to get 2 potions. It's confusing that it's not greyed out even tho It's completed. In Act 2 Medalion is shown as Completed.
