Shield Wall fissures halve FPS

Blowing up Shield Wall fissures in endgame maps when using Kaoms Madness & Ahns Citadel lineage gems halves my fps which is capped at 60. This happens whether i play on borderless native 4k or fullscreen 1080p making my build very unfun to play. At 4k i could understand as im heavily gpu bound but even on 1080p it still tanks my fps so i have to gimp my build to maintain 60fps. Im guessing its due to the crazy amount of rubble and smoke effects it creates.

Herald of Blood/Plague explosions was the same on my previous build. At 1080p im well above minimum spec so these skills must just be poorly optimized. Have seen streamers also drop huge amounts of fps when using these skills but when you are playing with hundreds of fps its not noticeable.

Using 7800X3D/4060/32GB/Win11 on lowest settings possible with DLSS on ultra performance, all uptodate, no signs of overheating. Same issue on Vulkan & DX12. DX12 fps feels more stable in general but has constant "spinning cogs" crash so i use Vulkan.
