Just crashed after finishing the 4th ascendancy loosing asc points + loot

Hello guys,

Is there any known issue about game crashes regarding the trial of chaos (ultimatum) ?

I have attempted it some minutes ago and my game simply crashed at the end of the challenge, as soon as the loot dropped.

I lost: fragment, loot and ascendancy points as well.

is there any way to check this situation ?
