No Corrupted Nexus or Corrupted Zones

I started my Atlas, it had a Corrupted Nexus at the start, I died at the boss, it reset. I killed the boss, nothing spawned, and now there are no corruptions anywhere on my atlas.

I have made it a point to go beeline to precursor towers, and now I am nearly level 92 with not a single corrupted spawned. Where as my friends have seen and cleared 10+ corrupted nexuses.

I am clearly bugged.
