Make "Toggle Skill Set" an actual toggle

Having a blast with the druid. I like that you can mix and match - at least in theory.

In practice, there are no enough skill slots on the hotbar. There is a mod key to set additional skills while that key is held down. However, especially when playing with the shapeshifter stuff I'd like to use two distinct skill sets, i.e. one with all the Wolf skills and one with Wyvern skills.

I wish the "Toggle Skill Set" key was a proper toggle that I can press to cycle through different skill sets.

As a bonus, at least for me personally it would give + skill slot rings a meaning.
