Experience loss on death

Please consider removing the experience penalty on death. It strongly discourages continued play, especially in challenging encounters due to losing progress.

As an example, I recently needed to fight Viper as a powerful map boss. After dying a few times, I still had several portals left, but I just closed the game instead of trying again since I had already had negative experience gain. Would've tried it again, but why risk losing any more xp?

This system wasn't as frustrating before every map had a mandatory boss. Previously, if a bosses felt too difficult, you could skip the node, level up, then return later. Now, with bosses on every map, the death penalty feels even more punishing.
